Calçada Apartment . . .

Is located in the town outskirts of São Bras de Alportel, which is conveniently located close to Faro, The Airport, Loulé and the central Algarve coast which has numerous attractions, beaches and golf courses.

This new top floor Apartment is of a good size and is tastefully furnished. It accommodates four people with one double bedroom and one twin bedded room and has a shared bathroom. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher which joins into a utility room containing a washing machine and there is a drying area on the rear balcony.

The well proportioned lounge has a dining area incorporated and opens out onto a long spacious balcony with enchanting countryside views overlooking a "green zone" close by. It is equipped with Satellite TV which receives English channels and a music centre. During the cooler winter months this Apartment is heated by a glass fronted wood burning fire.

There is a small safe available to guests for secure storage of any valuable items, a small returnable deposit will be charged to cover possible loss of the safe key. Private garaged parking is available to guests in the Apartment blocks basement garage area.

The owners request that guests respect their wishes that Calçada remains a "Non Smoking" Apartment inside, however they have no objection to guests smoking on the outside balconies if they so wish. Complimentary tea, coffee, milk, still water, bread and butter are provided upon your arrival. This small private apartment block benefits from the fact it is only three storeys high, has lift access and is double glazed throughout. It is situated in a nice location with very good access to all surrounding facilities. Within approximately five minutes walking distance you enter the main town with its typically Portuguese bars, restaurants and cafes, there are several supermarkets close by.

All bed linen and towels are provided and there is a weekly maid service for light cleaning and change of bed linen and fresh towels.

As a courtesy to our guests, the owners/manager will meet your flight and escort you in your car to the Apartment.

Calçada's location is ideal for exploring the scenic inland areas of the central Algarve as well as the south eastern coast which has many superb beaches.
